To View Shipping & Tax, before Purchasing
They can be seen before purchasing by opening the shopping cart.  On the cart's first page, click "proceed to checkout" to enter zip code or country, and see calcuated total including tax (if applicable) & shipping.  To return to shopping, click the "return to genesis-gallery" link near bottom of page.  Your selections will stay in the cart.

Shipping
We try to keep our shipping costs very reasonable.  The cost to ship 1-3 items (excluding paintings) is $4.95.  Shipping cost for more 4 or more items (excluding paintings)is $6.9, including Alaska & Hawaii. We usually ship by USPS though other services can be used if need be.  If you wish an alternate service, please call us to make arrangements.  Shipping costs for paintings vary with the shipping method, size,weight and mailing address.  Please call first when ordering a painting to arrange for shipment.

	1-3 items	4 items or more
All items (excluding paintings)	$ 4.95	$ 6.95

International Shipping
For jewelry & smaller items we use USPS Flat rate small box for as many as fit properly in a box. The cost to ship 1-3 small items is $10.88 to Canada & Mexico, & $12.75 elsewhere.  Shipping cost for more 4 or more small items is an additional small box.  For larger items we use the USPS regular flat rate box. For larger & more fragile items there many be additional costs, & we will contact you.  Other services can be used if need be.  If you wish an alternate service, please call us to make arrangements.  Shipping costs for paintings vary with the shipping method, size,weight and mailing address.  Please call first when ordering a painting to arrange for shipment.

International Shipping is generally:

Walk-in Pickups
We welcome you to come to our gallery either to pick up your purchase, or just to browse.  We spend parts of each year in Israel selecting our merchandise, so please call first to make sure we will be available.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied.  Please contact us if you have any problems.  Returns are accepted on damaged items. Other returns are on an individual basis & are for purchase price minus shipping.

Tax
We are required to charge sales tax for purchases shipped to New York, and tax reciprocal states of New Jersey, and Connecticut.  We don't charge tax on purchases sent to other states.  Tax is based on shipped-to address, not billing address.

Errors
We are not responsible for errors that may show up on the website.  However, we will do our best to make you happy.

Customer Service
We are a small gallery and able to offer personal service. We are available for any of your needs, from answering questions to making suggestions and solving problems. We stock many more items than we can be shown on the website, & are happy to speak with you and meet special requests.
